Ms. Charleen is an American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) certified therapist and is licensed by the state of Georgia. She has over 20 years of experience in conducting evaluations and providing treatment to children with deficits in all areas of communication including:

- phonology
- voice
- fluency
- receptive and expressive language
- pragmatics
- augmentative and alternative communication
- assistive technologies
Ms. Charleen graduated from The University of South Florida with a Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
